Job Description
Working with other application analysts and Radiology operational
stakeholders to collect requirements for all Radiology workflows.
Ensures the Epic Radiant team completes Radiology design and build for
all modalities which will be providing services in the 48X building.
Performs workflow, including charge testing, and partners with
operational stakeholders in identifying and implementing a training plan,
as needed.
Facilitates meetings and produces necessary agendas and minutes for
effective technical implementations, and user adoption.
Partners with Radiology operations to identify and implement the key
performance indicators needed to measure successful outcomes.
Escalates, in partnership with IT leadership, to program governance when
needing support to resolve escalations.
Performs application build activities throughout the software
development lifecycle to implement Epic application build updates
necessary to meet customer requirements.
Provides weekly status reports to project leadership on status of various
assignments and escalations

Skills and Requirements
Minimum 3 years Healthcare IT project implementation experience
Epic Radiant certified
Experience with Radiology and related interfaces, including analysis, build and testing.
Experience Prioritizes user requests for enhancements to Epic EMR system.
Demonstrates integrated information system functionality to a variety of audiences, including
physicians, providers, and leadership.
Experience working with multiple clinical information systems or system implementation teams
for complex projects and/or application development.
Demonstrated comprehensive knowledge of clinical practices and principles.
Experience with methods and tools to the systems development life cycle as related to clinical
informatics.
Demonstrated ability to gather information from multiple sources and analyze applicability and
appropriateness and develop an efficient workflow and subsequent computerized process.
Experience with designing and monitoring technology-enabled organizational change.
Experience with quality improvement principles, practices, and tools into system design.
Experience with coordinating system development and implementation with relevant clinical
operations initiatives and informatics projects.
Experience with advanced application of adult learning principles and clinical system design
standards.
Experience with organizational strategies, business operations, and end-user requirements to
develop system design and training projects.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and change management skills to
establish and maintain positive and productive working relationships. null
