Due to substantial growth, we are looking for an experienced Civils Site Manager to join our team to work out of our West London location, with some works around our Oxfordshire sites and along the M4 Corridor to Swindon. The scope of work incorporates Substation Builds and Refurbishment, Cabling, and Overhead Line work from 11 – 132kV.ResponsibilitiesSite Management of staff and SubcontractorsProducing safety documentation and briefing where required, including Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Permits, and Toolbox TalksQuality Inspections and completion of Inspection and Test PlansOrdering Plant and MaterialsCollation of documents and As Built RecordsCost and Programme ManagementManagement and Supervision of Temporary WorksRecord Keeping and report writingPerform any other duties appropriate for the roleSkills & ExperienceExperience in Substation ConstructionSSEN Cat 3 AuthorisationRecognised Civil or Electrical QualificationCSCS or EUSR cardTemporary Works CoordinatorSMSTSFirst Aid at WorkIT Literacy in Outlook, Word, ExcelCompany Information:Established in 1994, OCU Group is one of the fastest growing utility engineering contractors in the UK, with a long successful track record in delivering customer-focused civil engineering solutions.
