We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Senior Project Manager with at least 10 years of experience in water and wastewater infrastructure projects to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the Project Manager on small to large and simple to complex projects. You will also lead the technical development of proposals.
The position offers excellent potential for professional growth and the opportunity to collaborate not only with water resources personnel, but with our many practices including dams, geotechnical, energy, and transportation. The qualified candidate must have strong leadership and program management experience and direct business development experience during their career, with the ability to generate project leads, build client relationships, and win work.
Responsibilities are as follows:Serve as project manager on small to large and simple to complex projects with multi-discipline project teams.Supervise and direct preparation of planning studies, evaluations, and feasibility studies for water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects.Supervise and direct preparation of plans and specifications for new facilities and rehabilitation of existing facilities.Supervise and direct construction engineering support services.Lead the technical development of proposals.
