AWS Identity teams are building secure identity, authentication, authorization, and governance systems for the AWS Cloud. Our products provide the core authentication and authorization technologies used to access all AWS services (such as Amazon EC2, Amazon S3, and Amazon DynamoDB) and help customers meet their security requirements. We build with scale and security in mind, and our systems handle over a billion requests per second.As a product management leader, you will drive our product strategy, roadmap, and outbound messaging for data perimeters on AWS. Data perimeters ensure that only customer trusted identities are accessing trusted resources from expected networks, and has broad adoption among the entire enterprise customer segment. You will have end-to-end product responsibility from working with key internal customers to making roadmap tradeoffs to delivering revolutionary new features and functionality that improve experience for end-customers. The successful candidate will form a strategy that gets to the core of what customers value, set priorities that move that strategy forward, and exert influence to align diverse stakeholders. Candidates should enjoy working in a collaborative, analytical, and fast-paced environment and be comfortable interacting with highly technical cross-functional teams. Candidates should excel at diving deep into data, have strong writing skills, and be comfortable leading executive-level reviews. This is a highly strategic position that will impact the direction of AWS Identity going forward.Key job responsibilities

Work with the leadership team to set strategy, define the product, and make appropriate high-judgment trade-offs between features and speed-to-launchUse case prioritization, feature definition, ownership of the product roadmap, and customer segmentationEngage with service owners and partner teams to identify integration opportunities and drive product initiativesAnticipate bottlenecks, manage risk and escalations, and balance the business needs versus technical constraintsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degreeExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionProven track record of owning large cross-organizational initiativesStrong executive communication skills and ability to influence executive stakeholders on strategyPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
