Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Staff Property / Asset Management Analyst to join our team of high performing, diverse individuals. This position will be located at the Roy, UT or Huntsville, AL. This position is supporting the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) Division.
Position Responsibilities
Running reports in SAP (S4 Hana) with running reports to produce data needed for customer data calls and for the management of government and company property
Establishing and managing property records for government property in accordance with FAR 52.245-1 as well as establishing and maintaining company capital property records
Generating cycle count reports for the Logistics team to perform the inventory and validation of material based on the physical inventory process for the management of material
Knowledge of business systems and database interfaces as well as with visualization tools such as Power BI
Management of data systems and data analytics in order to best track and manage property system records
Perform routine validation checks on record accuracy to ensure property records are being maintained in accordance with FAR 52.245-1
Establish and maintain metrics relevant to property tracking and records
Provide training and support to staff and functional organizations on compiling data reports and managing data within SAP
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with 14 or more years of progressive experience that could be related to property or asset management; 12 years with a master's degree; 9 years with a PhD; or 18 years of professional experience with a HS Diploma
Experience with FAR 52.245-1, 45, DFARS 245.6, 252.245-7003, other applicable FAR, DFARS, DoD regulations, and asset administration principles, theories and concepts
US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret Security Clearance
Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet business needs
Preferred Qualifications
Active in-scope DoD security clearance (with a full investigation within the past 6 years)
Ability to work with diverse levels of internal/external customers, i.e., DCMA, Prime Contractors, DoD personnel
Certification as a Professional Property Specialist, Administrator, Manager (CPPS/CPPA/CPPM)
Working knowledge of SAP to include reporting
Possesses strong leadership and communication skills, ability to counsel, coach, develop, and motivate staff of professionals and salary personnel.

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80A. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
Salary Range: $107,000 - $177,400
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
