The Paramount Advertising team is seeking a strategic, analytically driven individual to craft innovative media plans for cutting-edge advertising campaigns. Manage daily workflow and prioritized incoming media requests, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution of deliverables across campaigns.Create and optimize comprehensive media plans incorporating social media, digital platforms, and convergent TV strategies, adapting to client needs and market trends.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales and Creative, to craft customized media strategies tailored to meet specific campaign objectives.Partner with Media Buying and Finance teams to align campaign budgets with strategic goals, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximized return on investment.Basic Qualifications:

2+ years of hands-on experience in Media Planning, with a strong track record of driving successful media campaigns.Advanced proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and create detailed reports; intermediate expertise in PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.Additional Qualifications:

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
