They are energetic leaders who believe it only takes a moment to make someone’s day better.MFA Petroleum Company is an Equal Opportunity/Drug-Free Employer.ResponsibilitiesAs a Break Time Store Manager, a typical day might include the following:Working with customersDay-to-day store operationsMerchandising and salesSupervisingCommunicationWorking closely with managementTeamworkWorking with technologyOther duties as assignedJob RequirementsThis job might be for you if you meet the following requirements:Experience in retail sales preferredHigh school diploma or GED equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferredValid driver’s license and vehicle insurance with adequate transportation to/from bankFlexible availability which may include all shifts, weekends, and holidaysThrives in a fast-paced environmentWorks well individually and in leading a teamPhysical ability to move and position products in the cooler and freezerAbility to perform mathematical calculationsAbility to learn new concepts and operate a computer and other office machineryWillingness to occasionally ascend and descend laddersAbility to perform these duties and others as assigned, with accuracy, and with minimal supervisionAll items shown above are requirements for the position. In addition, Break Time employees must be 18 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States.
