We value employees of all backgrounds at all levels, in a welcoming work environment designed to help everyone succeed.THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Diversity and Inclusion Insights and Reporting Advisor role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:Provide complex and insightful analysis of internal and external data and information gathered for reports to be presented to internal and/or external stakeholders.Provide guidance on and implement best approach to design and produce reports and compelling narratives using information gathered.Assess and implement feedback from key stakeholders to ensure that reports meet business and regulatory needs.Evaluate reports for accuracy and monitor and adhere to reporting timelines and requirements.Prepare talking points for executive and Board of Director discussions that convey information and/or ideas in an impactful way that is engaging and easy to understand.Initiate and manage data requests for reporting activities. Manage changes to documents and files to enable collaboration and ensure teams are working from the latest version.Author and maintain reporting procedures and ensure that corporate and divisional repositories contain up-to-date and accurate information on reporting processes, and related risks and controls.THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences6 years related experience.Experience in preparing and managing Board of Directors, executive, regulatory and/or risk management reporting processes.Proven ability to provide business insights including advising, and interpreting stakeholder and market insights.Ability to work with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively towards a common goal.Proven ability to gather and analyze data to identify trends or relationships which inform conclusions about the data.Prior experience creating visual concepts and content and preparing executive level presentations and talking points that tell a cohesive and concise story.Experience evaluating the accuracy and relevance of reporting deliverables.Strong project management and execution capabilities; ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience identifying and documenting risks and controls and implementing reporting process improvements.Skilled in using Microsoft Suite (MS) (e.g., SharePoint, Excel, Teams, Word).Desired Experiences8+ years of relevant experience.Awareness of evolving trends in diversity and inclusion.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or Master’s or other advanced degree.Prior experience using Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI and/or Machine Learning, or other technology-enabled automation in reporting processes.Awareness and understanding of the US housing sector, including the Government Sponsored Entities’ (GSE) role in the US housing market.Ability to operate in a highly regulated environment and familiarity with the regulatory requirements related to D&I that are applicable to the GSEs.Prior experience assessing compliance with data governance requirements.Skilled in Alteryx, Workiva, Confluence, MS Copilot, and/or PowerBI.Fannie Mae is a flexible hybrid company.
