Application Systems Analyst IIJunior Enterprise Application Support Specialist supports enterprise applications and operational systems, ensuring the smooth flow of business processes. This role involves providing end-user support, overseeing system functionality, coordinating technical issue resolution, and assisting with system configuration and training.
Compensation & Benefits:Estimated Starting Salary Range for Junior Enterprise Application Support Specialist: $60,000 - $75,000 Pay commensurate with experience.Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
Responsibilities Include:* Provides support to end users utilizing support service.* Reports and maintains support information to service Information Technology (IT).* Provides input and oversight for training needs. Assists and oversees in the coordination and training of end users.* Provides input in the coordination and resolution of technical issues with IS including the application of upgrades, systems administration, and application integrations.* Provides general system oversight, ensuring communication flows smoothly.* Maintains consistency for all aspects of the system within each installed site.* Collaborates to ensure data flows fluidly and supports customer needs.* Configures system settings and options. Plans and executes unit testing and integration and assists with acceptance testing. Creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements.* Identifies issue trends and communicates to leadership where additional training may be needed.* Provides end user support, training, and communications.* Acts as point of contact for communication between application vendor and Cherokee Federal.* Serves as a point of liaison with IS and Cherokee Federal to address business or systems issues.* Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:* 2 to 4 years of experience with Application or End User Support (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).* Excellent written, communication, presentation skills.* Computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.* Working knowledge of Ticketing Systems such as Service Now (Jira or similar are acceptable).* Advanced planning, organizational, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.* Ability to provide excellent customer service to internal clients and work with all levels of leadership.* Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder eligible to work for any employer in the US without sponsorship for citizenship.* Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal.Preferred:* Bachelor's Degree is not required but is helpful.
