The
Branch Manager
manages and leads branch staff for optimal performance in sales, service, and operations. Responsible for the overall operations of the branch and adherence to policies and procedures. Deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients and address escalated customer service issues as needed. Establish, retain, and deepen relationships with new and existing clients. Accountable for leading all in-branch and outbound sales activities and ensuring the branch meets assigned goals. Maintains a strong working knowledge of Teller, CSR, BSM responsibilities and can function in the role, when needed. Responsible for coaching and mentoring team members to expand knowledge of advanced products and services.The Community Banking division includes our branch network and our Customer Care Center. While we are known for our commercial lending, our Community Banking team builds relationships supporting the personal finances for people that own the businesses in the DMV region. We provide full personal services for our commercial clients, including new account setup and maintenance, cash management products, and in-person assisted and automated transaction services.Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma or equivalent.5 years of progressive branch experience.3 years’ supervision or leadership of a team and/or internal Branch Banking experience within EagleBank.Strong sales and service skills.Exhibits professionalism with internal and external customers. Ability to speak with internal customers at all levels.Knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and procedures.Proficient use of Platform and Teller systems.Excellent customer service delivery to internal and external clients.Pro-active product sales, outbound calling, and internal/external business development.Proficient in MS Office.PREFERENCES:Bachelor's Degree
