McDonald’s Change COE is seeking a Manager, Change Management to work in partnership with the archOS transformation program.As a member of the Change COE, you will be a part of a team that is building something new. You’ll find success by being a seeker of innovation, a self-starter, collaborative, and a strategic partner for our customers. We’ll ensure you have the tools to take advantage of the growth opportunities we’re excited to provide.Proper Change Management is a critical success factor to growth at McDonald’s. We are rethinking how we support Change at McDonald’s through the formation of a Change Center of Excellence (COE). The Change COE partners with leaders to enable the human side of transformation, ensuring people adopt the changes needed to promote the long-term success of our business.archOS is a multi-year transformational program aimed at standardizing, optimizing, and modernizing our technology stacks and business processes. archOS enables our Consumer & Restaurant Platforms. It is an enterprise enabler that will set the foundation to support McDonald’s larger digital ambitions and growth goals. This foundation will allow us to deliver capabilities at speed in a stable environment and will support new capabilities that are a part of our Digital Engagement Strategy.Responsibilities:Help to drive adoption of One McDonald’s Way of Doing Change Management throughout activation, deployment, and adoption of archOS - utilizing tools and techniques that will allow us to scale at speed.Help drive the archOS change management strategy and plan including execution of change deliverables such as the overarching program communications plan, segment/market engagement strategy and plan, and archOS training plan.Identify and build relationships with key archOS program stakeholders (both internal program and at the Segment/Market level) to drive awareness, understanding, and adoption of archOS.Coordinate closely with the Rollout workstream and Market Activation team to support successful deployment, activation, and adoption of the McDonald’s Global Mobile Application.Work with our McDonald’s Customer Experience Teams to understand intersection points, key dependencies in rollout of new Marketing Technology Stack (MarTech) capabilities; support communications, training development, and execution as needed.Coordinate with Global Technology Initiatives to understand key dependencies and help drive awareness communications and understanding amongst impacted audiences.Develop, execute, and facilitate archOS internal and external facing communication channels including (but not limited to) global program meetings, newsletters, internal webpages, and various leadership communication forums.Collaborate and coordinate archOS change management activities with the enterprise Transformation Management Office to ensure timely and relevant messaging/training to markets against other competing company priorities.In conjunction with the rollout workstream, coordinate and message archOS market kick-off(s), pre-deployment requirements gathering, and identification of market activation needs.Stand up key archOS leadership forums where critical segment and market stakeholders can learn more about the archOS program.In coordination with McDonald’s Customer Experience and Technology, plan and execute critical archOS messaging into existing communication channels (ex: town halls, tech newsletter, etc.).Gather lessons learned from previous market activations and deployments and update plans as applicable.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in change management.Bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources, or related field required.Master’s degree in business management, human resources, or related field preferred.Intermediate to advanced level change management skills.Experience with Word, PowerPoint, and collaborative technologies.Experience designing and executing project plans, managing junior resources, contributing to change methodology design, creating deliverables that require cross-function collaboration and socialization.Ability to provide strategic guidance to Business leaders for low to medium complexity Change programs.Additional Information:McDonald’s is an equal opportunity employer committed to the diversity of our workforce.
