Utilising your expertise in Primavera P6, you will collaborate closely with our project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive project schedules, monitor progress, and identify potential risks. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be instrumental in optimising project timelines and resources.Responsibilities
Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 software.Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Monitor project progress and update schedules as necessary to ensure alignment with project goals.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.Analyse schedule performance and recommend adjustments to optimize project timelines.Communicate schedule updates and key milestones to project teams and stakeholders.Provide expertise and guidance on schedule-related matters to project teams.Requirements
Proven experience as a P6 Planner or similar role.Proficiency in Primavera P6 software.Strong understanding of project management principles and techniques.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.Relevant certifications (e.g., PMI-SP, PSP) would be a plus.Ferns Group are dedicated to diversity in the workplace and committed to treating all our employees and job applicants equally.
