Schwab Asset Management Services (SAMS) Technology is part of the Schwab Technology Services (STS) organization which is responsible for the company’s use of information technology including all telecommunications, operations, and client and business applications. As an ETL Informatica Developer, you are responsible for interpreting functional and data requirements to build end to end data flow solutions primarily for investment operational and reconciliation purposes. You will be a core member of a Scrum team oriented toward data flow analysis and development utilizing ETL tools, database programming, scripting tools, and core data layer processing.
What you have
Required Qualifications:
5+ years experience with ETL development using Informatica Power Center
3+ years of experience developing stored procedures and basic query tuning in Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL
3+ years of experience with scripting languages like Python and Powershell
3+ years experience working in Agile scrum team
Experience with data analysis, profiling, mapping, quality, lineage and governance
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the Investment Management industry
Experience working with Snowflake
BI/Reporting experience with tools such as Tableau
Knowledge of SQL Server security model
Experience with Atlassian toolset including JIRA, Bitbucket, Bamboo, & Confluence
Experience processing or producing XML, XSD and XSL
SQL Server performance tuning
Experience developing applications using C#
Experience developing automated data validation and testing routines with Data Validation Option (DVO)
