OnsiteWe are seeking an authority SAP IBP Consultant to be responsible for the design and implementation of advanced supply chain planning solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of demand and supply chain management principles and the ability to translate sophisticated business requirements into effective technical solutions.Key Responsibilities:Lead requirements capturing sessions with business users and prepare comprehensive requirement documents and functional specifications.Guide team members in resolving issues in a fast-paced and exciting environment.Design and implement SAP IBP solutions aligned with business requirements.Handle integration between SAP IBP and ECC/S4HANA systems.Optimize supply chain processes using Time Series Based Planning and Optimizer capabilities.Provide authoritative mentorship on SAP IBP Supply & TS Optimizer.Lead SAP IBP Demand Planning, S&OP, and Inventory Optimization initiatives.Ensure detailed integration through CI-DS functionalities.Required Qualifications:Confirmed ability in SAP supply chain solutions.Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP IBP modules.Expert-level knowledge of ECC/S4 Production Planning and Materials Management.Confirmed experience in Time Series Based Supply Planning using Optimizer.Strong expertise in CI-DS functionalities.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of business.Experience in leading and handling implementation projects.Prior experience handling onsite/offshore teams.Preferred Qualifications:SAP IBP certification.Experience in multiple industry verticals.Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA integration with IBP.Experience with machine learning and sophisticated analytics in supply chain.This position is eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.Benefits:Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance.Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off.401(k) plan and contributions.Long-term/Short-term Disability.Paid Parental Leave.Disclaimer: The salary, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting.
