Vuori is looking for an SEO Specialist to join our E-Commerce team to maintain the technical SEO health of our site and drive the creation of content optimized to maximize our organic search presence.Qualifications
What you'll get to do:Work within SEMrush day-to-day to own the execution, optimization, and reporting of Vuori’s SEO strategy.Regularly perform thorough keyword research to highlight and prioritize new content opportunities.Partner with Performance Marketing to develop, implement, and maintain an SEO road map, including idea management, testing, optimization, reporting, and forecasting.Partner with Merchandising and Site Merch teams to develop a strategy to optimize product names and descriptions.Partner with Performance Marketing and Brand Marketing teams to incorporate organic search considerations into content strategy and trending/rising topics for blog/content development and maintain a content calendar.Work with SEO partners and digital teams to implement enhancements to our website architecture, structured data, content, linking, and other factors to improve SERP positions for target keywords.Collaborate with paid search team to co-optimize SERP presence and ROI on paid search ad spend.Monitor the performance of vuoriclothing.com including redirects, canonical tags, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs to identify technical SEO problems and deficiencies to prioritize SEO issues.Leverage the Conductor platform to create content briefs that include keyword, topic, and other recommendations for monthly blog posts, collections, and other content pages.Regularly monitor activities of Vuori’s competitors, maintaining consistent records for reference by the marketing teams in Conductor.Prepare and present SEO reports on a weekly and monthly cadence to the team on our KPI progress and organic growth.Maintain content strategy and optimization guides.Provide training as appropriate to the role and skill level of other marketing team membersProactively follow changes to key search algorithms and updates to ensure our content is optimized.Who you are:Analytically minded and creative thinker with deep expertise across multiple disciplines of SEO (technical, content, on-page, link building, etc.).2+ years of experience as SEO specialist or a similar role at a large company or agency role, preferably with a DTC brand.Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms such as Conductor, Semrush, or similar.Grammatical and creative writing skills, ability to review and proof copy for marketing text for the web.Exceptional project management skills working in Asana or a similar platform.International SEO experience is a plus.A change agent who challenges the status quo.Results-oriented, detailed, energetic, and focused with a strong desire to learn and succeed.Takes on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.Builds partnerships and works collaboratively across the organization with others to meet shared objectives.Makes sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.Relies on a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment when making decisions.Additional Information
