They will be a trusted strategic partner in addressing key questions of “where to play” and “how to win” to achieve our near- and long-term business objectives.This role will require strong senior leadership engagement and the ability to influence. The ideal candidates will possess a balance of quantitative/qualitative problem-solving skills, a sharp strategic mind grounded in insights.Job Responsibilities:
Serve as key strategic partner to Chief Commercial OfficerCollaborate with commercial teams to create strategic solutions tailored to meet specific customer needsFlawless execution of all activities required to drive success of the commercial business and pipelineProactively synthesize and share fact-based insights and analytics programs to address global strategic business needsEnsure new products and services are customer-centric and set up for high impact through market analysis and targetingQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or marketing is required. An MBA and/or an advanced degree is preferred.A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in business insights, marketing, or salesSelf-starter and strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to implement strategies based on competitive dynamics, economic goals, and customer needsAbility to use detailed financial analyses and high-level pattern recognition to drive performance is requiredAbility to work well in a cross-functional, global environment and build support across a complex set of senior stakeholdersAbility to influence and align complex groups of stakeholders towards global while leveraging regional/local business objectivesAbility to drive rapid, but fact-based decision-making with dataStrong negotiation and influencing skills with experience supporting product strategy and customer engagement is preferredAbility to travel Domestic & International up to 40% of the timeThe anticipated base pay range for this position is $146,000 - $251,000. The Company maintains a highly competitive sales incentive compensation program. This position is eligible for a car allowance through the Company’s Fleet program.Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company-sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
