This position calls for a strategic thinker with proven analytical skills accustomed to the fast-paced environment of high-growth, PE-backed firms.Key Responsibilities:Lead the FP&A function to drive financial strategyDevelop and maintain robust financial modelsCollaborate with cross-functional teams for effective capital allocation decisionsMonitor key performance indicators to track financial healthProvide financial leadership during M&A activitiesSupport system improvements for better forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiencyThis role requires a candidate with a solid track record as a senior finance leader within private equity-backed environments. You should possess expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, along with a strong grasp of strategic financial planning and capital allocation. Advanced proficiency in financial systems and tools, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to influence diverse teams and senior management are essential.A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required; an MBA or CFA is preferred. Candidates should also have relevant experience in M&A activities, including due diligence, financial integration, and post-merger analysis, and be adept at translating data into insights for executive-level strategy.Travel Percent:Less than 10%Functions:Finance
