Position Summary
The Regional Sales Manager for BOSTONtec will spearhead sales initiatives for our ergonomics workstations within a designated region. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth, developing and managing appropriate sales channels, expand market share, and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, a strong understanding of ergonomic products, and the ability to operate independently. Responsibilities include identifying and targeting key accounts, fostering long-term client relationships, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with marketing and product development teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs. The Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for setting sales goals, tracking performance metrics, and delivering regular reports to senior management. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for promoting innovative ergonomic solutions.
Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities
Execute sales and growth strategies.Achieve sales goals and other targets.Develop and maintain the best distribution methods for our products.Effectively manage channels and key accounts.Make personal contacts with customers, dealers, integrators and consultants.Establish and build relationships inside and outside the organization.Lead, direct and mentor sales personnel as assigned.Investigate, distribute and follow up with staff on projects.Develop and manage business plans with dealers / distributors.Provide training to dealers and field representatives in an effort to increase their product knowledge.Prepare and/or deliver formal sales presentations and project proposals with insides sales and marketing support.Keep current on trends, products and competitive landscape.Respond to requests for quotations.Prepare sales activity reports.Attend and generate leads at tradeshows. Follow up on leads.
