The position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive information confidentially. This is a full-time onsite position in Green Bay, WI. Typical hours are during the workweek (Monday-Friday, between 7:00am-5:00pm).Key Responsibilities:
VP Assistant Responsibilities (60%):Provide administrative support to the VP and manage tasks assigned.Draft and prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the VP.Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, attend meetings, take comprehensive notes, and ensure proper follow-up on action items.Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.HR Assistant Responsibilities (30%):Assist with payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate submission of employee data.Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Prepare and submit HR reports and commissions reports.Assist with employee events, training programs, and engagement activities.Other Duties (10%):Assist with various VP and HR-related projects on an as needed basis.Skills and Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in related field or proven experience as an Assistant, or in a similar dual role.Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to effectively understand projects and drive next steps.Proficiency with office productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, and an aptitude for learning new software and systems.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.A self-starter with high attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, and the ability to prioritize and follow-up, anticipates needs/issues, and is a resourceful problem solver.Flexible to changing priorities and able to adjust to them quickly.Strong verbal and written communications skills.Utmost professionalism and confidentiality in handling a variety of topics and company materials.Analytical skills for data management and financial reporting.Basic understanding of accounting principles.Perks of working for Dental City:
