We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in creating exceptional luxury custom homes. As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the construction process, from start to finish. You will be responsible for working with clients, designers, and subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Position Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the construction process for luxury custom homes, from start to finish.
Collaborate closely with clients to gather project requirements, understand client preferences, and provide expert project management guidance.
Oversee and supervise subcontractors to ensure they deliver high-quality work that meets project specifications and adheres to industry standards.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Procure all necessary materials for projects in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Sequence construction activities in a way that maximizes efficiency, quality, and adherence to project timelines.
Implement and enforce safety protocols, maintain a clean and organized worksite, and ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations.
Prepare and submit accurate draw worksheets in a timely manner.
Assist the accounting department with project financial closeout and allowance reconciliation tasks.
Provide constructive feedback on internal processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Supervise and direct PM I & II in furtherance of achieving the above responsibilities.
Share information with PM I & II for their continued knowledge and growth.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience of project management in the building industry
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to Travel to different locations within the building region, move materials, handle equipment and maintain jobsite, etc.
Preferred Requirements
Bachelor's degree in construction management, project management, or a related field
