Job Summary:

The Alsco Uniforms' Treasury Manager works in the General Office in Salt Lake City, Utah and manages the Company's financial resources. This includes overseeing General Office daily cash functions, supporting decentralized branch cash activity, maintaining banking relationships, and monitoring global cash management policies. The Treasury Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, enforcing, and improving policies and procedures to meet corporate objectives, needs, and regulatory requirements. This position reports to the Corporate Controller / Treasurer.

Manage daily functions of treasury, including cash position monitoring, bank account management, managing fraud controls, and preparing wire transactionsMaintain and supervise training to users of banking and card merchant productsUpdate and maintain lists of bank account user access entitlements and manage signing authority for more than 100 accounts and 300 usersPrepare and maintain cash flow forecasts for senior managementManage banking equipment, desktop scanners, and POS devices in North AmericaMaintain and supervise centralized customer payment processes, credit card processing procedures, and surcharge programsSupervise policies and procedures for PCI Compliance standards for merchant card servicesManage debt portfolio, including debt compliance, covenant monitoring, and incremental borrowing activityProvide excellent customer service to local branch teamsRecommend and maintain cash management policies for the General Office and local branchesRecommend and maintain investment policy and manage excess cash in accordance with policySupport Controller/Treasurer in developing and maintaining bank relationships and wallet shareManage working relationships with treasury and banking partners across North AmericaSupervise branch transfers and schedules for intercompany bank transactions, including recommending intercompany borrowing ratesSupervise bank account and fee analysisCoordinate with Controller/Treasurer and Internal Legal with KYC and compliance mattersEvaluate and recommend advanced treasury products and solutions (TMS system)Recommend global treasury management policies and proceduresCoordinate with Controller/Treasurer and IT to maximize security and efficiencyWork with Controller/Treasurer to improve processes and controlsDevelop treasury team members and empower branch personnel to manage local cash activitySupport global treasury teams and lead effort to maximize global collaborationQualifications:

Ability to maintain confidentiality and excellent interpersonal communication skillsKnowledge of accounting software and ability to quickly learn company softwareExperience with online banking systems such as Wells Fargo Vantage and JP Morgan's AccessExcellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and critically think on mattersGood accounting knowledge, including foreign exchange transactions and investmentsUnderstands banking products, services, concepts and processesProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteAttention to detail and dependable on tasks assignedAbility to delegate tasks frequentlyAdaptability to manage change and embrace technologyTypical Physical Activity:
