Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking an Industrial Security Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be in Redondo Beach, Ca.

Roles and Responsibilities: Develops and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.

Basic Qualifications

5 years of Security experience with Bachelor's; OR 3 years with Master's, 1 year with a PhD OR an additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be considered in-lieu of a degreeCandidate must have and be able to maintain an Active U.S. Government security clearance at the Secret level with a background investigation date within the last 6 yearsAbility to obtain and maintain access to a Special Access Program (SAP)Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in an SAP environmentWorking knowledge of the NISPOM and DoD SAP ManualsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrate a positive working relationship with internal and external customersWorking knowledge of Corporate and Govt. systems: NISS & SIMSExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong working knowledge of basic office automation tools such as MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Salary Range:

$88,700 - $133,100

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
