(No telework/remote work at this location) .

This position is contingent upon your ability to maintain/transfer an active DoD Secret security clearance. This position supports the Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) Program Office (PNT PO) with cutting edge modernization / development, and ongoing sustainment of a variety of GPS receivers and user equipment to meet DoD and national-level priorities.

In this role, you will:

Duties will include planning, executing and managing all Test and Evaluation related activities for multiple GPS modernization programs.Will also serve as an advisor to government personnel.Potential for liaison work with other Services, other AFLCMC Program Offices, SMC, Test Activities, and Operational Units.Responsible for providing test related management support services to ensure the delivery of acquisition services in support of the customer's mission. Services include some or all of the following:Coordinate planning, management, and oversight of all DT&E (contractor/government) activitiesAssist PM with make technically informed, objective judgments about contractor/government T&E planning and resultsAdvise PM on test issues and responsibilitiesActive involvement in PDR, CDR, and Mission-Oriented Test Readiness Certification/contractor Test Readiness ReviewsCoordinate development of T&E Strategy, TEMP, cyber strategy, and other T&E documentation; and assist with development of integrated T&E IMS.Ensure Test IPTs, such as the Material Improvement Project Review Board and the Joint Reliability and Maintainability Evaluation Team, track and resolve deficienciesEnsure DT&E, OT&E, and LFT&E strategies are structured so design deficiencies uncovered during EMD are corrected before proceeding beyond LRIPCoordinate with the Product Support Manager and Integrated Test Team (ITT) to ensure program test planning/strategy development is integrated with system sustainment requirements as developed and documented in the program Life-Cycle Management PlanParticipate in Technical Interchange Meetings, Program Technical Meetings, and other coordination meetings with the program office, test stakeholders, and contractorDraft ITT Charter; Chair the ITT and DT&E Test Readiness Review meetingsVisit the following link for more information about how Serco supports our Veterans https://www.serco.com/na/careers/veterans-at-serco

Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will have:

A U.S. citizenshipAn active DoD Secret security clearanceA Bachelor's degree8 years related acquisition / test experienceKnowledge of and experience working within AFLCMC Center Test Authority (CTA), DT (CTF) and OT (AFOTEC) organizational processes and operationsA familiarization with Cybersecurity test requirements and processesFlexibility to travel 10% (Edwards, Egin, Nellis, Holloman, etc.)A Clear understanding of the OSD and USAF Acquisition organizationAdditional desired skills and qualifications:
