The Business Tech Solutions organization is seeking a highly qualified Executive Assistant to support the Chief Information Officer. The ideal candidate has excellent verbal and written communication skills, is organized, independent, detail-oriented, adapts well to change, has experience with executives and the C-suite, works well with others, builds relationships, able to multi-task, exercises discretion, and has a mastery over Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, MS Teams, SharePoint and OneNote). This position demonstrates extensive expertise of the job skills, knowledge, and company policies and procedures necessary to complete complex, specialized assignments and tasks in creative and effective ways.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Provide exemplary administrative support to the Chief Information Officer.Manage calendar for CIO, including meeting prioritization and resolving calendaring conflicts seamlessly.Works closely with Executive Assistants to ensure smooth running of all calendars.Ensures all travel-related needs are met and any issues are addressed as soon as possible.Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports in a timely and efficient manner.Responsible for performing tactical and strategic administrative support tasks for upper executive level employees of the organization.Partners with the CIO Chief of Staff and the BTS CoS Office.Builds strong network to ensure work is completed in a timely and accurate manner.Serve as a liaison among other executive assistants, executives, and external partners.Keep the leaders advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.Understand and ensure adherence to HP policies and procedures, including those related to travel and expenses.Works on assignments that are complex in nature and require considerable judgment, initiative, and technical/specialized knowledge to resolve problems and/or develop recommended solutions.

High school education or equivalent; some college level education highly preferred.Typically requires a minimum of 7+ years general administrative experience, or equivalent combination of experience and college level education.

The pay range for this position is $39.81 to $60.12 per hour (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

The base pay range for this role is $82,800 to $125,050 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
