System Analyst - ES&G- SustainabilityLocations: Erlanger, KYExempt level position.

Position Summary:The Corporate Solutions Department is aligned within the enterprise process framework to the Accountable Executive/Global Process Owner (AE/GPO) organization for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk management and relationship management. As a member of the Corporate Solutions Department, a System analyst will analyze business processes and working closely with the Solution Architect(s), Process analysts, as well as business and/or process experts to develop, document and deliver end-to-end process and systems solutions which enable ADM's strategy.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide deep functional & technical expertise in the Sustainability Process area, as well as knowledge of key integration points across various solutions and technical components across several End To End (E2E) Processes including Commodity Trading and Risk Management, Source To Pay, Plan to Deliver, Environment, Health and Safety, Compliance, Legal & Regulatory, Record to Report, Transportation Management, Prospect To Cash. Solutions Landscape includes SAP S/4 HANA, Informatica, Open Text, Sphera Cloud, Workiva, and other 3rd party ES&G SaaS solutions.Participate in design for and deployment of integrated end-to-end solutions; partner with other IT delivery team members to ensure efficient and effective design, development, and implementation of solutions.Participate in end-to-end design workshops, providing knowledge of industry best practices and application of global SAP implementation experience.Document fit/gap analysis and design decisions; ensure deviations from "out of the box" functionality have sufficient business justification and positive value proposition.Complete functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and/or workflow (RICEFW)Interface with 3rd party vendors for technical consulting during solution design, development, and ongoing support.Partner with development (RICEFW) team members to ensure technical design and delivery align to functional specifications, meet Enterprise Architecture standards and adhere to needed qualityComplete system configuration workAs needed, provide input to architecture, security, and data standards; ensure end-to-end solutions adhere to these standards.Provide input to role-based security designs and solutionsShare knowledge of technology risks and opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the respective process areaProvide regular and accurate status updates and other documentation to management for assigned project, support, and enhancement work.Participate in estimates for time and resource needs of identified solutionsSupport project implementation transition to the support organization through documentation and knowledge transfer.Provide technical expertise required to resolve escalated support issues.As needed, provide technical input in support of audit requests.Partner with other process and system experts to identify and implement business process continuous improvements opportunitiesJob Requirements:

5-10 years' experience in delivering technology solutions entailing Sustainability and Environmental Due Diligence, Carbon Footprint calculation and reporting, Product Lifecycle Assessments (LCA) and Regulatory reporting and disclosures such as EUDR, CSRD etc.Deep experience in implementing and delivering solutions on technologies such as SAP S/4 HANA, Sphera Cloud or other leading software. Minimum of two full-lifecycle deployments, preferably in two or more geographies.Experience on delivering solutions to meet regulatory requirements such as EUDR etc. will be a plus.Cross functional knowledge across various E2E processes such as Commodity Trading and Risk Management, Source To Pay, Plan to Deliver, Environment, Health and Safety, Compliance, Legal & Regulatory, Record to Report, Transportation Management, Prospect To Cash etc is a plus.Experience with SAP Sustainability Solutions including SAP Sustainability Control Tower, SAP Sustainability Footprint Management, SAP Responsible Design and Production are a plus.Experience with the SAP Green Token solution, SAP Green Ledger is a plusExperience with SpheraCloud Corporate Sustainability (SCCS) solution is a plusExhibits ability to work both in a team environment and independentlyStrong analytical, organization, time management, facilitation, and process management skillsDemonstrated high level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate technical and non-technical information, ideas, procedures and processes.Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with all levels of the organization and cope with rapidly changing informationAbility to evaluate and negotiate priorities and adapt to new/evolving individual and team assignments as adjustments are needed.Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of an organization how current trends and technology can address identified business needs and capabilitiesInteract and deal effectively with all levels of employees while maintaining a professional manner; willingness and effectiveness in challenging the status-quo.Maintains a positive work environment through teamwork & conflict resolutionExpected to work occasional weekends, holidays, overtime, or a variety of shifts, when needed, to meet deadlinesAbility and willingness to travel by auto and air as needed to achieve business objectivesBachelor's degree related to Information Systems, Business or other relevant academic discipline with a minimum 5 years' job experience in IT or process area(s)
