This is a 12-week paid learning experience during which you’ll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. T-Mobile Advertising Solutions (T-Ads), a division of T-Mobile USA, is a new business unit within the Marketing, Innovation and Experiences division passionate about solving some of the biggest struggles in the media advertising industry. We’re standing up for consumers and advertisers to drive more transparency, more relevancy, and more engagement.

We are seeking an intern who is passionate about understanding the Digital Advertising industry and is willing to gain hands-on experience in a high-growth environment and to see first-hand how business strategies drive success.

What You’ll Do

As an intern, you will gain exposure and support projects such as new partnerships deal modeling, business strategy, product profitability analysis, and industry and competitive assessment.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting strategic initiatives and cross-functional initiatives for T-Ads, through quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Support evaluation of new business opportunities, including assessing industry trends and market opportunity, target customers, and competition.

Perform financial analysis including ROI & P&L impact assessments to support prioritization of key initiatives and showcase their value to leadership.

Create presentation slides in a story-telling fashion.

What It Takes

Bachelors degree in any discipline with strong academic performance in analytic and quantitative coursework (business, economics, finance, engineering, applied mathematics, statistics or other relevant fields)

Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program

Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Strong experience with analytical & presentation tools such as Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to work on ambiguous tasks, prioritize, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Proactive and motivated individual who likes to take initiatives and is a self-starter

Minimum Qualifications

At least 18 years of age

Legally authorized to work in the United States

Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in a full-time MBA program

Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships

Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location.
