International Sales Director

Advance 2000, Inc. is seeking to employ an International Sales Director responsible for: 1.Directing the company’s sales activities, reviewing sales reports on a weekly basis and monitoring business development, annual sales forecasts, and evolving market trends.2.Developing and supporting the company’s geographical expansions by opening new branch offices in new markets to drive sales growth, recruiting local sales representatives, and growing the sales teams.3.Managing sales workflow using the CRM platform, ARP, and developing and maintaining a Customer Profile Database that identifies specific forecast opportunities and assists in managing and tracking the associated steps of the sales cycle.4.Utilizing sales forecasting, marketing analysis, and strategic planning tools, such as ARP, in the support/development of the company’s business plan to ensure the sale and profitability of core products.5.Managing a team of at least 10 or more employees and providing internal and external sales support to effectively respond to specific customer inquiries and to leverage potential market opportunities.6.Providing effective product training, sales tools, and information on target market trends by identifying, planning, and implementing training programs for the sales teams.7.Overseeing the preparation, review, approval, and submission of proposals by using negotiation and sales strategies to balance between our profitability and customer satisfaction.8.Providing product knowledge workshops to our internal sales teams as well as our customers when needed and explaining our products and solutions based on each customer’s business requirements and operational strategies.9.Performing market studies to identify regions for expansion and designing and implementing overall sales strategies and focused sales campaigns to achieve profitable growth.10.Evaluating new product development opportunities and their financial benefits by identifying potential sales forecasts and related Return on Investment and Profit and Loss projections.May telecommute. Requires 10% travel nationally and internationally to meet with prospective customers.Requires Bachelor’s (or foreign educ. equiv.) Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field plus five (5) years (post degree, progressive) experience in the job offered or related. Experience must include: a.Recruiting sales representatives and growing the sales team.b.Identifying, planning, and implementing training programs for sales teams.c.Designing and implementing overall sales strategies and focused sales campaigns.d.Managing sales workflow using a CRM platform.e.Performing market studies to determine the best regions for expansion.f.Managing geographical expansion by opening new branch offices in new markets.g.Using sales forecasting, marketing analysis, and strategic planning in the support and development of business plans and objectives.h.Managing a team of 10 or more employees.
