VNE, LLC is looking for a TS/SCI Cleared Data ScientistMinimum Qualifications:Education:HS Diploma/GED

Experience:2+ years of experience in ML, data science, computer science, or computational engineering4+ years of experience working in major scripting languages, including Python, Java, R, or C++2+ years of experience researching and developing operational concepts in artificial intelligence and ML, mathematical or statistical models, and data exploration, analysis, and synthesisExperience developing advanced methods and techniques to store, manipulate, transform, and present information in support of all-source intelligence analysis and productionExperience working with and presenting to non-technical personnelKnowledge of research design principlesKnowledge of analytic methods and methodological tools in applied mathematics, computer programming, or data visualizationAbility to apply supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithms on structured and unstructured datasetsTS/SCI level Clearance required.

Additional Qualifications Desired:Experience with the full life cycle of machine learning development and deployment, including gathering requirements, identifying data, preparing data, and building, validating, and using deployable predictive models with the usage having tangible resultsExperience with Databricks or cloud AI environmentsKnowledge of data strategy and data governanceAbility to execute projects and tasks with minimal guidance and supervisionKnowledge of Agile and Scrum processesPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Description:As an advanced data scientist and researcher on our AI team, you'll learn and apply innovative AI and data science methodologies and deployment techniques to make a real-world impact on the mission of our civilian clients. You'll grow your skills in data science, and machine learning operationalization process, and shape the future of analytics through a variety of means like white papers, client presentations, and client interactions.Essential Duties of the Job:Ability to communicate task requirement information to client in a clear and concise manner.Must be able to sit and stand for prolonged periods of time, as well as lead and participate in meetings and working groups.Requires visual acuity to use a keyboard.Must be able to attend work each day, during scheduled hours, unless on travel or approved time off.Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face-to-face
