Job Description

A company in Greenwood Village, CO is looking for an IT Program Manager to join their team. This Program Manager will be responsible for managing one or more highly complex, enterprise-wide IT programs consisting of multiple projects. They will coordinate planning among departments to identify priorities; establish and manage the roadmap, timeline, and communication around projects; ensure projects align with broader strategic initiatives and include the proper governance controls; and implement and monitor programs from concept to delivery. This PM will also be responsible for managing resources across projects, managing to a budget, and owning stakeholder engagement and communication.

This person will be onsite 4 days/week and remote 1 day/week. The pay rate for this role is $65-75/hr, depending on years and depth of experience.

Skills and Requirements

5-10 years of program management over complex IT projects

Experience managing multiple projects and programs to successful delivery

Ability to establish and manage timelines, reports, budget, resource allocation and success metrics

Strong communication, and ability to lead meetings, provide updates, and manage stakeholder communication - Experience with Nexus

Experience as a Lead/Mentor null
