Ferry County Health is seeking a Full-time Occupational Therapist. There is an opportunity for permanent employment for the right person. The desired candidate will be self-motivated and possess an entrepreneurial spirit in order to build and support a successful rehab program. This person will be proficient with a variety of patient populations including; orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary impairments. Primary caseload will be a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care. This includes providing care for long-term care residents and consultations in the emergency department. The successful candidate will be able to advocate our services to surrounding facilities and maintain strong relationships around the region. Job Requirements
Current Washington state licensure. A team player with outstanding customer service and communication skills. Exhibits independence and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Interest in working in a rural healthcare setting and community. Proficient in standard EMR documentation. Ability to promote our services to area hospital case managers and discharge planners. Demonstrates problem solving skills and the ability to lead a hospital rehab program. New grads are welcome to apply. Unit Specific Information
