Staff members perform procedures such as NST, cervical exams, managing labor, titrating medications, and applying McRoberts maneuver.Assessment for the best personality fit includes a preference for individuals who love organized chaos and handling a high volume of patients.Candidates will wear Hospital infant security scrubs as part of the dress code.Unit policies and guidelines can be found listed in the Intranet.Additional Details
The Labor and Delivery unit has 11 labor beds, 4 ObEval beds, 2 OB PACU, and 2 operating rooms.Floating to Postpartum-Couplets areas may be required.The type of equipment used includes GE fetal monitoring.EMR systems in use are CPN and Meditech.
