**Position Summary:
The Chief Financial Officer is primarily responsible for managing all the financial affairs of the Holding Company and subsidiaries along with driving change and innovation throughout a fast growing and recapitalized organization. This position is also responsible for advising the Board of Directors and bank management regarding long-range financial planning, capital requirements, financial controls, profitability and accounting systems. This position assumes the role of Chief Risk Officer working directly with all levels of the organization. Essential Functions and Job Requirements:
Provide ongoing insight and guidance for all ongoing and upcoming projects to include service company creation and funding, USDA originator acquisition, fintech sponsor bank program, capital raising and capital restructuring.

``` - Lead efforts to modernize accounting systems and processes through implementation of Sage Intacct to include integration to all core systems and existing AvidXchange solution. - Work with respective executive management and Chairman to keep organization within proper regulatory and accounting guidelines while providing options and opportunities. - Start initiative to implement comprehensive KRI and KPI dashboards Risk Management Program to include Risk Appetite Statement. - Spearhead initiative to maintain and modernize the CECL and Stress Test modeling methodologies that are adaptable to the dynamic nature of the organizations portfolios. - Manage ongoing forecast process to help Board of Directors and executive management understand capital and funding needs of the organization. - Provide ongoing guidance to subsidiary accounting groups on liquidity, accounting, audit, regulatory, compliance, process, systems, and other areas as needed. - Manage process, based on operating requirements, to acquire lines of credit at the holding company and subsidiaries. - Management of annual budget and forecast processes. - Perform all other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):
College degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or equivalent preferred.Minimum of 10 years previous broad banking experience relating to bank operations and branch administration.High degree of ability to analyze and communicate complicated accounting and finance concepts.Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and banking software programs and platforms.
