MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, education, finance or related fieldEXPERIENCE:1. At least one year of experience in a healthcare setting.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:1. Master of Health Administration, Master of Business Administration, or equivalent degreeEXPERIENCE:1. At least two years of experience in a healthcare setting.CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The statements described here are intended to describe the general nature of work being performed by people assigned to this position. Other duties may be assigned.* Plans, coordinates, and oversees the development and progress of projects in collaboration with appropriate internal and external customers.* Responsible for assuring the designated project is proceeding according to agreed upon timelines, meeting targets and expectations, and adhering to established operating parameters.* Gathers and analyzes data using defined statistical methods and applications to report on key metrics and trends* Prepares visual presentations and documents for healthcare executives and physicians* Prepares newsletters for physicians* Prepares and distributes correspondence for the Chief Medical Officer to facilitate on-going communications and efficient operations.* Drafts policies and procedures to comply with organizational objectives* Conducts surveys and analyzes responses* Completes a wide range of tasks using Microsoft Office products such as emails, reports, notes, or schedules, in an accurate, neat and timely manner as assigned.* Serves in other duties as assignedPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
