Salesforce Senior Business Analyst

Responsible for eliciting business needs from stakeholders, and analyzing and synthesizing information obtained. This position will play a central role in aligning the needs of the business units with Information Technology (IT) capabilities focused on Salesforce, including sales, service, marketing, communities, and health cloud. Specific duties include: Elicit and analyze requirements to address business problems and opportunities. Provide guidance and options on technical solutions and collaborates with IT team to determine if solutions currently exist in Salesforce or new solutions are feasible. Analyze, document, and manage requirement changes in accordance with standard practice to assist in identifying business priorities including documenting discussions, agreements and existing processes. Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, Solution Architects, System Analysts and business system analysts to design and deliver software solutions that meet business requirements, Service Level Agreements, and security requirements. Ensure analysis deliverables are documented with clarity and delivered on time. Clearly present requirements in a format and structure that is appropriate for intended audience. Ensure regulatory requirements are addressed or not violated by the recommended technical solution. Assist with migration from older systems/processes into Salesforce.com. Coach and mentor junior business analysts on BA concepts and techniques.
