Our client in the food manufacturing industry is seeking a Maintenance Planner Scheduler to join their team. As a Maintenance Planner Scheduler, you will be part of the Maintenance department supporting the Maintenance Manager and a team of 70+ Maintenance Technicians. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience working within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Location: Denison, Texas
Pay Range: $31-$36 an hour (minimum salary of $65,000 and maximum salary of $75,000)
What's the Job?
Plan and prioritize work requests into work orders and coordinate with Supervisors/Leads to determine accurate estimates of time for Operation/Facility Techs, Equipment, Tool Usage, PIP, Capital/Non-Capital Projects, Preventative Maintenance (PM), Contractor/Outside Services, and Preflight.
Work closely with Operations, Production Scheduling, and Maintenance personnel to coordinate routine and non-routine maintenance activities to ensure the continuous, optimal operation of facilities and equipment with minimal production downtime.
Assist the Maintenance department in developing and implementing maintenance programs including PM, Predictive Maintenance, and Spare Parts Inventory Control through Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (EAM).
Collect and organize technical data from Maintenance personnel, equipment manufacturers, equipment users, contractors, and engineering personnel to aid supervisors in the execution of maintenance activities.
Provide routine reports of facilities and maintenance related information to management.
What's Needed?
3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, electronic, PLC’s, mechanical equipment, refrigeration systems, boilers, and facilities.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
