The Lead Investment Strategy Analyst - Digital & Innovation (D&I) is responsible for supporting the Innovation Portfolio by demonstrating a strategic mindset to effectively support investment decisions. The Lead Investment Strategy Analyst will assist portfolio management through reviewing and understanding business cases, maintaining awareness of WEC Strategy, and working with data and visualizations to support communication efforts. The role will be heavily engaged with Westinghouse's Business Units and will provide support to the Portfolio Manager in this area. This is a US remote or mobile role with a preference for candidates that work at our Cranberry Township, PA headquarters at least 2 days a week.

Your Day to Day: Supports D&I through conducting a review of Business Cases and making recommendations to the Portfolio Manager. Ensures these deliverables are maintained in a shared location and reviewed/updated as necessary. Position will also have ability to propose improvements to templates to make analysis more effective and efficient. Supports the Portfolio Manager through participation in Health Review and other Project/Portfolio-related calls. Position will require an understanding of each Business Unit within Westinghouse, the strategic needs of those Business Units, as well as how specific projects support those needs. Additionally, position will require a basic understanding of project management metrics to ensure project is delivering in accordance with its Business Case. During these meetings/reviews, expectation will be for position to conduct themselves in a professional manner, be engaged, and provide feedback as required. Will routinely monitor status of the innovation portfolio to the Portfolio Manager, and will be responsible for maintaining/updating KPIs, visuals, and other data sources as necessary. Individual will be a contributor to D&I's annual planning process, with activities primarily focused on allocation and investment decisions to help build an optimized portfolio. Position will use knowledge of the D&I portfolio and their strategic mindset to make recommendations to the Portfolio Manager on investment direction. Collaboration with personnel both internal and external to D&I will be required, as well as a need to coordinate regularly with Finance.

Who You Are: Bachelor's degree. Applicable disciplines are Finance, Business, Project Management, Engineering or related discipline. 5+ years of experience in increasingly higher levels of complexity. Knowledge of SAP, PowerBI, Tableau, or MSBI development environments and data structure to coordinate and direct enhancements of existing reporting dashboards is a plus.
