This pivotal role involves spearheading the donor identification and qualification process, effectively managing and analyzing data related to potential donors, and utilizing research-driven insights to tailor cultivation and solicitation strategies. You will play a critical role in bolstering our fundraising initiatives across annual giving, major gifts, planned giving, and institutional giving.The successful candidate will possess a BA/BS degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience demonstrating a solid background in prospect research. A proven ability to conduct thorough, in-depth research utilizing diverse sources is essential. Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly Raisers Edge/NXT and prospecting software such as iWave, will be highly regarded.This role demands strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills, with an aptitude for interpreting complex data to make informed, evidence-based decisions.
