Behavioral Health Counselor
to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will provide invaluable support and counseling services to individuals and groups, helping them to navigate their mental health, substance abuse and emotional challenges. Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering a healing environment, encouraging personal growth, and empowering our clients to achieve their wellness goals. This is a full-time position (37.5 hours), Monday - Friday with 1 evenings a week required (until 8:30pm).The ideal candidate will:manage a caseload, with individual, family and group counselingresponsible for treatment planning and session notesmeet productivity standardswork as part of an integrated teammanage and run groupsQualificationsMust possess a Master’s Degree from a recognized college or university in a mental health or social work related field and be eligible for license within 18 months of hire (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC-P, etc.)One year of direct service, post-graduate, experience preferred, but not requireDemonstrates a knowledge base upon which they can provide direct clinical service and advisementWe offer competitive salaries and an array of employee benefits, including medical, dental, company paid vision, company paid life, AD&D, and Long Term Disability, voluntary life, AD&D, and Short Term Disability, 401 (K) retirement savings plan with company contribution, 10 paid holiday, generous paid vacation, paid sick time, discounted pet insurance and an Employee Assistance Program.
