Pulmonary Registered Respiratory Therapist-with PFT experiencePlease note delayed start date.75 MILE STRAIGHT LINE RADIUS RULE (not driving distance) - NO LOCAL TRAVELERSPlease only submit candidates that area aware of their submission to our facility.2 years experience current required, provides cardiopulmonary diagnostic and respiratory therapeutic support for patients in the Hospital and/or outpatients that require cardiopulmonary diagnostic testing, respiratory treatment, and/or ventilatory support, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment.Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.When submitting candidates include a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment.Job Requirements
Active NM or compact license.Time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for approval.Experience with EPIC preferred.Schedule Information
12 hour shifts.On call, weekends, holidays and float as needed.May fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs.Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location.Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts.ORIENTATION: 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training.Additional Details
NO HOLIDAY RTO WILL BE APPROVED FOR TRAVELERS (updated 10.10.2024)Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from last day worked, in order to be considered for a travel position.Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location.State tax is passed through to your agency and will be reflected on your invoice. The state tax should be paid to the state of New Mexico.
