Any traveler not currently in possession of an active State of HI license must apply upon acceptance of offer.Candidate must have Hawaii License by start of assignment.No holiday RTO requests please.Day or Night Shift Availability (TBD) -13-week contract - Scheduled 36 hours per week following first full week of orientation.Will be required to work various shift lengths and various days. Must be flexible.No guarantee of hours. No guarantee of shift preference.General job duties: RN med/surg level care of patients 18 and over.May float to surg peds or transitional care units.Equipment utilized in the unit/dept: Meditech EMR, Pyxis, wound vac, chest tubes, etc.Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept: Medical - 50Nurse to patient ratio of this unit: Medical 1:5Dress Code: Professional nursing attire. No specific scrub colors. Closed toe shoes.Department specific training and orientation program: Included in the first week of orientation.Job Requirements
Required skills and minimum years of experience: 2 + years med surg or higher level of care.
