Job DescriptionParadigm is searching for a Product Owner to support our client, a global leader in the truck manufacturing industry. As a Product Owner, you will manage and prioritize development work streams for global, cross-functional, and complex projects, collaborating closely with software and hardware engineering teams. You'll guide sprint planning, set project priorities, and manage product backlogs. You will ensure alignment between technical teams and global stakeholders, often interfacing with European partners.

As a Product Owner, you will:•Define and manage product backlogs, collaborating with Scrum teams to prioritize tasks based on business value and project needs.•Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and demos, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and sprint objectives while delivering valuable product features.•Partner with technical leads and engineering teams to refine user stories and prioritize backlog items, particularly for connected automotive solutions in the EEV/BEV (Electric and Battery Electric Vehicle) space.•Work alongside project managers, Scrum masters, data analysts, and data engineers to address project challenges and drive team efficiency and success.•Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Connected Services products meet customer needs and align with PACCAR's sustainability objectives, contributing to innovative and eco-friendly automotive advancements.•Coordinate with global and cross-functional teams, including stakeholders in Europe, to streamline communication and maintain focus on product priorities.•Prepare and deliver sprint and progress reports for leadership, ensuring transparency, accountability, and alignment with organizational goals.
Requirements
Our skills and experience wish list includes:•Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical or business field.•5-10 years of experience as a Product Owner or in product management, with a strong track record in managing complex technology initiatives, ideally within the automotive, EEV/BEV, or energy sectors.•Automotive industry experience is essential.•Practical experience with Agile frameworks, including Scrum; familiarity with Azure DevOps is a plus.•Proficiency in API development or working closely with technical development teams.•Expertise in managing product backlogs, driving sprint planning, and leading demos to ensure effective delivery of product features.•Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to present to and engage with global stakeholders effectively.•Passionate about sustainability, with in-depth knowledge of automotive technology, particularly in the Connected Services space.•Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, collaborative environments.
