Must have at least a 3.2 overall rating on skills checklist Must be proficient in the following skills: Neuro, Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, OBGYN Must be comfortable supporting patients and surgeons with/for significant traumatic injuries- with an ability to anticipate what (in the way of instruments, supplies, and equipment). Highly skilled - everything from basic and quick lap procedures to open, complicated abdominal and/or chest cavity trauma cases. Must be competent and confident.
