is a 15-bed oncology unit. Registered Nurses (RNs) on this unit will care for patients with hematological malignancies who are receiving bone marrow transplants. Our hematologic malignancy and hematology patients have access to some of the most innovative and advanced therapies in the world. Because Kimmel Cancer Center research scientists and clinicians closely work together, new drugs and treatments developed in the research laboratory are quickly transferred to the clinical setting, offering patients improved therapeutic options and the chance to participate in innovative clinical trials. Qualifications :BSN/MSN

from an accredited nursing program

required .Active Maryland or Compact RN license is requiredBLS CPR certification requiredMust have

at least 3 years

of acute care RN work experience in oncologyAbility to lead others, assist in development & implementation of procedures for the unit, use principles of conflict resolution, recommend resource utilization, and implement performance management of staff.
