Job Description
The Senior Computer Security System Specialist – Task Lead
• Services as Project Task Lead
o Prepare and deliver a senior management reporting and contract deliverables.
o Serve as POC for with Government Division Chief, Secure Software Lead, and COR.
o Track and communicate POA&M status and results of any periodic testing (contingency, backup test, etc.) and a list of planned ISO activities and testing.
· Determines enterprise information assurance and security standards.
· Develops and implements information assurance/security standards and procedures.
· Coordinates, develops, and evaluates security programs for an organization.
· Recommends information assurance/security solutions to support customers’ requirements.
· Identifies, reports, and resolves security violations.
· Establishes and satisfies information assurance and security requirements based upon the analysis of user, policy, regulatory, and resource demands.
· Supports customers at the highest levels in the development and implementation of doctrine and policies.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in IT-related field or at least 4 additional years of IT work experience
· 10+ years in experience in Cybersecurity area
· Experience with Certification and Accreditation/ Assessment and Authorization, Security Control Assessment/Validation
· IAT Level II certification
· Proficient with RMF process, NIST SP 800-37, NIST SP 800-53, CNSSI 1253
· Veterans encouraged to apply
. MUST have JIRA and Cyber Security Assessment and Management Application (CSAM) proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
• PMP knowledge and or Certification.
