Sales Sr Manager
on First (1st) shift.

Summary:
Promotes and sells a portfolio of products and/or services and solutions directly to current and new end customers | Informs customers of new product/service introductions and prices | Creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline.
Major Position ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties:
Develops relationships with major clients to increase revenue.
Pursues relationships with potential new accounts and identifies business opportunities to upsell services/products to current and new businesses.
Drives retention and growth among customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed.
Has detailed knowledge of products and services offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs.
Maintains a cadence of communicating with customers to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal.
Advises internal teams on product and service improvements/suggestions based on client feedback.
Provides sales quotes and responds to requests for proposals.
Submits orders and provides reports to leadership.
Basic QualificationsRequirements:
Associate's Degree
8-10 years' experience
OR Equivalent combination of relevent education &/or experience
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Customer Acquisition
Prospecting
Selling
Upselling
Closing sale
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
Customer service
Oral and written communication
Persuasive communication
Detail Oriented
Profient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Physical Demands:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential
Travel Requirements:
25%-50% travel likely
