Overview

The Meter Automation Coordinator position is responsible for the timely and accurate installation, maintenance, and removal of the MICAS meter automation software from the customer’s network, in compliance with all Sharp Electronics Corporation.

Responsibilities

Thorough understanding of the MICAS portal

Provide customer meter and supply automation reports and details to sales representatives for Customer QBR’s

Maintain equipment records in CRM, including Communication Mode, MAC Address, ATR Lead Time, Location

Maintain customer contact information in CRM

Maintain customer and equipment records in MICAS

Communicate with Contract Coordinators regarding changes in service contract details

Produce, review, work and distribute reports to various teams

Perform daily review of MICAS dashboards, proactively addressing issues as identified.

Review automated supply orders daily for accuracy.

Communicate with logistics team regarding device installations and removals.

Communicate with customers regarding MICAS Agent installation, maintenance, and support.

Communicate with service and logistics teams regarding equipment retirement/destruction.

Support individual branch MICAS attainment goals.

Qualifications

Established knowledge and understanding of computers and networks.

Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office, with established knowledge and strong emphasis on Excel.

Outstanding communication and people skills

Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization

In depth knowledge of SAP/BW reporting specific to contract management (i.e. BDL, Missing Meter report)

Compensation for this position

The compensation range for this role is $40,500 - $72,200. The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
