Job Title: Interview Coordinator

Job Description

As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in coordinating interviews, both virtual and onsite, ensuring a smooth and organized process for all stakeholders. Maintain accurate recruitment reports and data, and post job opportunities on job boards, LinkedIn, and our ATS.

Responsibilities

Coordinate interviews, both virtual and onsite, with multiple stakeholders and locations.

Draft offer letters using the Paycom ATS.

Maintain and ensure the accuracy of recruitment reports and data.

Post job opportunities on job boards, LinkedIn, and ATS.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience in administrative tasks, specifically scheduling.

Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with all levels of the organization and candidates.

Proficiency in Excel data entry.

Work Environment

The work environment involves using various technologies, including Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Canva, LinkedIn, and Paycom ATS.
