Description: NSI requires a Senior Program Analyst to support a potential contract to support the Navy International Program Office. The Senior Program Analyst will support the implementation of analytical tools available to the 01 Directorate and assist Directorate leadership with developing and providing inputs to periodic reporting requirements, strategic plans, regional and country summary papers, command briefs, and other internal and external communications. Analyze and assess manning and alternative organizational structure in line with budget, forecasting of 01 activities associated with security cooperation, and workload requirements. Assist the 01 Front Office in developing strategy and execution plans for DoD and DoN strategic efforts in support of Global Power Competition, Navy Guidance on Building Alliances and Partnerships, Defense Trade Modernization, and the National Defense Strategy Implementation (NDS-I) in order to advance DoN security cooperation objectives. Take meeting minutes as necessary. Compose letters, endorsements, messages, office instructions, and reports, with responsibility for sentence structure, grammar, and spelling.

Location: Washington D.C.

Education: Bachelors Degree required.

Experience: Over 10 Years specialized experience performing the above functions.

Security Clearance: Secret Clearance is required. Must be a U.S. citizen.
