A client of Insight Global's is seeking a seasoned
veteran with a strong technical and people management background to lead an infrastructure and technical operations team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership qualities, functional and technical skills, organizational abilities, and problem-solving expertise. This role requires a deep understanding of the impact of decisions across the enterprise and the ability to manage partners, services, projects, and daily operations effectively

Skills and Requirements
8+ years of hands-on experience with a proven track record of growth
Experience as a manager, senior manager, managing medium to large teams (5+ direct reports) at an enterprise level organization
A strong demonstrated background in network infrastructure, NOC operations, engineering, data center, data center migrations, and on prem migrations
Experience managing partners to ensure successful project execution and delivery
Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS
Familiarity with network environments, transitions, operations, and process
Ability to successfully maintain a 24 hour operations center and manage project work that extends into weekends for project rollouts
Excellent communication, leadership, and personal skills null
