Job Summary:
Responsibilities of The Sales Manager:
Sells events and rooms for Camp Lucy
Responsible for the monthly forecast for Catering and Venue revenues
Responsible for building the sales strategies for the department with the guidance of the corporate DOSM
Create and implement processes that will improve customer service and create efficiencies for the Account Specialist team
Service groups as needed to relieve the workload of the Account Specialist team
Mentor, train and develop the Account Specialists, Sales Managers and Coordinators
Maintain complete Delphi compliance and hold team accountable to the same
Ensure the sales team is achieving all sales call and revenue goals
Achievement of revenue budget in catering, venue and group rooms.
Assist with greeting clients and pop up tours
Facilitate all client notes and mail, thank you cards for tours, and hosted planners
Creates and Emails Batch merge weekly
Assist with all other assignments or projects as needed for Sales Director and Manager
Assist with main office projects as needed
Key Qualities in the person we are looking for include:
Computer proficient and ready to quickly learn new software.
Must be organized, eager to learn, and possess a natural gift of hospitality in any situation
Always ready and looking for creative ways to make the guest experience at Camp Lucy memorable
Must be adaptable to a work schedule that will require some weekends and holidays. Peak business periods may require extended workdays
Must be comfortable with any commute to Dripping Springs, where office is located
Is expected to work hard, play hard, and be a team player

A minimum of 3 years sales experience.
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is required.
Computer proficient and ready to quickly learn new software. Delphi/Amadeus and Maestro experience beneficial.
Must be organized and possess a natural gift of hospitality in any situation.
Always ready and looking for creative ways to make the guest experience at Camp Lucy memorable.
Must be adaptable to a work schedule that will require weekends. Exceptions came be made from time to time.
Must be comfortable with any commute to Dripping Springs, where office is located.
